Avoid working at phenova. The management is absolutely terrible. They perpetuate an extremely toxic work environment. Growth opportunities are little to non-existent. People are over worked, underpaid, and under valued. Hard work and dedication mean nothing, and will go unnoticed. Corporate is too far removed (in another state.) The management at phenova has free reign to do and act however they please. The labs are really disorganized and difficult to work in. You often have to scrape by in order to get the job done, never having enough glassware and equipment that you need. Unless there is new management, do yourself a favor and find something else.

No accountability, won’t fight for their staff, lack of vision and creativity in solving staff dissatisfaction. Operates on threat instead of encouragement, refuses to roll up their sleeves and help out down in the grass where the work is actually done and especially when turnover is so high due to their ineffectiveness.
