Great school for those who want to enter the world of research and selection and related business consulting, with ample opportunity to make a career in-house, even quickly if you are good. Very meritocratic environment, quite flexible hours and work management absolutely free, often workloads require you to stay longer than 8 hours, but it is always pleasant if you love this job. The company is well managed by the CEO and top managers, the relationship with colleagues and managers was the most surprising thing, an open space with 10/15 people working in harmony and joy, very supportive and protective environment, a big family! The most difficult part is that being a job based on objectives, sometimes, especially because of external events, not everything goes as it should and you feel the pressure, there can be moments of great stress, but also moments of great satisfaction and gratification!
