Pros

- Fun, chill environment (sometimes) - Discount license clothing and hard goods - Make it here, and you can make it anywhere. Get your feet wet and get out ASAP once you have another offer.

Cons

- Management is entitled and rude. They will try to set employees against each other for their own entertainment. - No HR department -Sexual harassment, racism, prejudice is considered a joke - Career you start with is the one you finish with. No progression for your career. They're going to try and talk you down in the interview with the promise of a raise later. It never happens. If it's not the starting salary you want- just leave.

Not a good place to work

Pros

Fast hiring process, helpful colleagues

Cons

- Heavy workload, high expectations, no room for growth - Can terminate you in an instant without any written consent or lead time - The sad part is, if you’re looking for a stable job and they are just testing the position you’re applying for you’ll be in for termination in a month or two. - They wouldn’t even give you an advice if the position is just a test subject.

Pros

They send you a paycheck that is mostly accurate. I was fully remote. The art director and some of the sales folks are good people.

Cons

They'll tell you you're going to get a book of current customers - you won't. They'll tell you they're going to pay you more after the first few months - they're not. Ask them about their go to market strategy - there is none. Ask them about onboarding - there is none. Ask them about their turnover rate - its a rotating door. They literally want you to google customers (no investment in data), lie to them, and then pay you a 1% commission on the total sales order. The sales "manager" makes 100% dollar for dollar of the commission you earn as a sales rep if the 1% commission isn't the first red flag, this should be. It's meant to line the pockets of about 3 individuals at the company. I have 12 years in sales and working for this company was worse than selling door to door fiber optics in the summer 10 years ago. Don't. Waste. Your. Time.
