      Pros

      friendly and cooperative working environment with no toxicity (manipulation, gaslighting, evil-ness). great work-life balance with upper management being prime examples of a role model. the workload is manageable and deadlines are reasonable. everyone tries to help each other and accountability and transparency are key values.

      Cons

      mostly dead-end roles with little to no career growth. being called a "specialist" basically means you're already at the end of your career growth. the only thing you can look forward to is yearly increments which only scale with inflation rate (~2.5%).
