      Department heads are generally fair and approachable. They will take time to ensure that new staff understand the processes and are actively involved in day-to-day operations when needed. The working environment is generally supportive, especially for employees who are new to the industry.

      Cons

      The company's legacy softwares are a significant challenge to work with and feels outdated. Many processes remain highly manual and repetitive, which can affect productivity and employee satisfaction. While staff are encouraged to innovate and improve workflows, meaningful automation is often limited by the constraints of the existing systems. As a result, most process improvements can only be made around the software rather than within it. Compensation is relatively modest. It may be suitable for fresh graduates looking to gain experience, but the long-term remuneration and progression may not be competitive enough to retain experienced employees.

      Amazing family-oriented culture. The board and HR encourage everyone to upgrade and upskill yourselves by sponsoring approved courses. Fun company to work in, especially for fresh graduates. It also welcomes people from diverse background and age ranges. Fun Fact - PhillipCapital is the first to launch the first stock brokerage in Singapore. PhillipCapital is an Investment Management firm of Singapore pride.

      Cons

      The office at 1 Sims Lane might not be convenient for most people as most people expect it to be in CBD or Central Areas. The salary might not be up to most people expectations.
