Pros
Stability and structure within the company. As a long time employee of 17 years, I have seen this company grow immensely and have had great learning opportunities for personal knowledge and growth. The company offers a great work atmosphere as to educational aspects and training to have the best and qualified team to reach optimal performance.
Cons
Long hours and working in all weather conditions. (this allows for great overtime). Difficult at times for outside life activity.
