Pros
Very generous retirement contribution. Excellent library collection. School has abundant financial resources. If your politics are progressive or liberal, you will be much more at home there than at many workplaces in Oklahoma.
Cons
Internal dynamics were very conflicted for several years, but that seems to be improving. Theological education is a sharply shrinking industry. From a strategic standpoint, it's not always clear that the trustees and some VPs have really taken the time to understand that they are running a higher education institution, not some other sort of organization, and that higher ed operates under unique restrictions requiring specific competencies and tailored strategies.
