      Great co-workers among staff, free parking, productive work

      Toxic culture; owner is very narcissistic, paranoid, treats outside employees with courtesy but micromanages internal staff and rules by intimidation and fear; spies on employees without their knowledge; staff isn't allowed to socialize or chat with each other; terrible PTO policies; poor benefits
