They were very consistent in finding work in and out of your area. It's a good gig to have on the side. NOT TO DEPEND ON THE PAY. You have to treat this job as a hobby. You won't get paid right away, and it may take months to pay you.
Cons
They stopped paying you once a week after you had completed your job. You can only get paid a month or longer for the job completed. Something hand changed in management in the past year. I never had the paycheck break in installments because they can't afford to pay you in full.
