More company meetings would help convey the current state of the company, as well as new relay information pertaining to the progress of initiatives and updates on existing initiatives

Short sighted Upper management. No real vision. Many technology upgrades needed to meet industry demand. Salaried employees work many hours to band aid minimal overtime for hourly employees.
