      Great Comp Plan Competitive entry level base Family/friendly environment No formal attire needed Very fun Health benefits are very good

      Cons

      Too many treats, if you have no self control you will eat candy, chips and snacks everyday. Not saying that's me, but, it is.

      -amazing people, great culture, independence, supportive management

      -the only con is that it's a small company so there aren't those benefits you get with a large corp. but because it's small it's much more personal
