      Pros

      Flexibility, they offer tremendous flexibility

      Cons

      one person rules the roost. If said person isn't satisfied you will be left without a job. everyone knows it but is afraid to step up as it has been proven time and time again if you question this person you WILL lose your job either by excessive stress or by being fired. Don't bother going to HR either this person controls that too. You have to be part of the "in" crowd to work here outsiders are not welcome.

      Pros

      The owner is a great guy. The other therapists and staff are wonderful.

      Cons

      The finance director and director of operations only care about making money and will treat employees poorly. They will work you to death. Only half of the staff who were there this time last year are still there due to so many people quitting because of those two bosses.
