Cons
Supervisor too busy training her favorite staff or eating in her office to properly train her staff. Upper management only cares about getting the clients money rather than the clients well being. Upper management is sexist, and doing their job in the most unethical way possible. The turnover rate is beyond crazy at this place. Pay is pathetic. You can get supervision hours elsewhere, the supervisor that does supervision is extremely petty. You are using you car way too much in transporting clients. A lot of staff will get stuck working additional hours when another staff calls in sick. The main office is sooo dirty and often had bed bug infestation, and you would have to transport possible bed bug ridden clients in your own personal vehicle.
