      Pros

      Get to work from home. Flexible hours and great pay! Management is always ready and willing to answer any questions you have. They provide plenty of tools, education and feedback to make the training process as stress free as possible! I have learned so much working for Phoenix Coding & Consulting Services!

      Work from home and set your hours, pay is decent

      Cons

      You have to work required jobs per day even if it takes 15 hours because some jobs take longer than others. Gained 40 pounds from lack of exercise and stress in first year.
