If you are even kinda capable you are pretty much left to your own devices. The managers I have worked with are experienced and knowledgeable if you have something come up.
Cons
Don't expect a lot of support, training, or intervention. Some of the office staff have a bad reputation for the way they talk to and interact with, not only their staff but also Service Coordinators.
Unexperienced supervisors, they do NOT care about employees or the residents they serve! Not supportive of staff. Salary not competitive! Not a good company to work for!
