There is NOTHING to say here.

Cons

Treated with contempt by all levels of management. No training, Holidays refused, Management will routinely lie to customers & staff. No pay rises - Even after years of service. Moral amongst all stall - even lover / middle management has evaporated. No progression. Head office in Northampton has a reputation for amateurish behavior & are unhelpful. But at least the company wide email from the CEO informing everyone that the toilet has now been fixed makes us all feel like well cared for children.

There were regular monthly sales meetings which included technical training. This was very useful and allowed us as a team to continue to drive new propositions forwards.

Cons

The various business units (BUs) in Phoenix did not work well together (i.e. Professional Services, Disaster Recovery). The customer suffered significantly as a result of this failure to cooperate across the various BUs. Management only seemed to engage with staff when they were underperforming. There was little to no CPD.
