Pros

Allegedly because of flexible hours and the ability to earn thousands and become successful. Allegedly. They have a lot to say about their pros!

Cons

Flexible hours? Absolutely not. If you come in late you are berated and if you don't spend every waking hour selling, you're considered dead weight. Earning thousands? Doesn't look like it. Half of your earnings taken from you. Successful? They'll blame your lack of millions on laziness but really their model is untenable... Find yourself a marketing company that pays an hourly wage. I'm glad I only spent a week here.

Pros

Some friendly colleagues, lots of fresh air but career wise no pros to speak of

Cons

Door to door selling is the job . total commission based, rubbish! Basically a scam, im not going to list the ins and outs of this "job" as so many other reviews have done. A word of warning: Before you think of getting involved with this "company" please search for "APPCO group", which is the group Phoenix belongs to. They are immoral and faced a lot of court cases. At Phoenix you will be berated humiliated, made fun of, made to walk for hours in the cold, pay for all your own expenses and at the end of the week you may have not even made a penny. if you believe anything they say about being promoted and opening your own office think again. Everyone leaves sooner or later and I know for a fact that most if not all of the positive reviews here are fake and written by Phoenix

Absolute Scam

Pros

If you respect yourself don't bother... The "positive" feedback is all given anonymously. Funny that...if it was so good then disclose your name. My reason for keeping my anonymity is the vindictive backlash from CEO

Cons

While working with (let me make this clear, WITH not IN) I and every other "Brand Ambassador" was treated as if we owed our existence to this 'woman'... You're told your self employed and unless you are her shadow you will be ridiculed infront of everyone. The overhead company TAWKR was known as APPCO and if you Google APPCO Australia you'll see why it's changed its name to hide (not protect) from the scandal. The Irish have yet to cop on to this scam. So unless you're prepared to spend all day in the pouring rain, wind, snow and God knows what else and run the high chance that you won't earn any money. Not even travel is covered by the "CEO" who is an absolute power hungry dragon! She'll flaunt her cash and tell you her sob story but really doesn't give a damn about you so long as you line her pockets.
