1-Nice building 2-Cafeteria in building 3-1 day a week WFH

Cons

1- Major layoffs this year due to declining business 2- Lost clients due to mismanagement of clients 3- CEO and COO control everything and do not accept input or suggestion from their staff 4- Treat employees with respect and not incite fear. Moral is horrible. 5- Lack of business knowledge and financial proficiency is evident in missed client opportunities and financial errors in dealings with customers, ie. poorly written contracts, underestimation of costs, and money spent on unnecessary apps when main platform's bugs or inefficiencies are ignored.

Pros

A few perks like working 1 day at home, 1 week off in December and Summer Fridays. However, the common thread here is that it's time spent away from the office and away from an unstable work environment. Any perks offered are overridden by the overwhelming consensus of negative experiences and truths exposed in these glass door reviews. Kudos Glassdoor! Thank you for allowing the voice of decent hard-working people to be heard so that others can take heed and not fall prey to a kingdom of ill repute.

Cons

Tyrannic, demoralizing and erratic leadership behavior. Inadequacies from the top are projected on others. Human Resource Support for employees is virtually nil and their allegiance is clearly skewed in favor of upper management. The inefficient direction and unclear strategic planning combined with high employee turnover rates and low morale, prevents the company from flourishing and as a result it is actually floundering.

You get a paycheck. I have to have more than 5 words here so that's what I am going with.

C level is, in my opinion, getting their friends to post false positives to try and control this page. I worked here years ago and keep getting emailed these reviews and it's like watching a train wreck. The negative reviews are very true. I lived it. When I worked there they were people who didn't understand the Internet or technology at all - and truthfully they hired extrenal vendors to handle their tech projects and never told clients. I was there and I was instructed not to tell the client that they don't do "digital". The way they are using this page is a huge example of how they are: they clearly have no idea that you can't hide any more in the digital age. They are one step from Amy's Baking Company.
