Pros

Free lunch, decent benefit package. Well funded due their sister company (which is why it was built) that makes most of their money from porn website billing (CCBill).

Cons

What they want one day quickly changes the next. Honesty is not a core value for their management team and there is no loyalty. None of their opperational management team has any business experience outside of this employer as they started as entry level employees and worked their way. The CEO is a chiropractor turned business man who'd rather fly around the world courting porn stars than tending to his business

Depends on the department and leadership

Pros

I had great opportunities to grow from entry level call center support to Director level. Free lunch is nice - especially for lower-paid employees. Some management teams will listen to new ideas.

Cons

It is all hit or miss. Depending on your chain of command. The owner is a very smart man who knows a little about all aspects of the company - but gets very hyper-focused on micromanaging issues, productivity is much lower when he was in town. He needs to LEAD ("what") and let his staff manage ("how"). There is very little trust. Their sales team has very little direction. Life-work balance and HR are neglected. Too many managerial promotions without leadership instruction. 4 hours of training doesn't cut it. Not all managers will mentor. President is very hit or miss on policy enforcement. A lot of blatant favoritism.
