      Pros

      Yearly raise if performance is good and you have a good clinic director. Weekends and major holidays (7) off. Paid holidays if full time. (30+ hrs per week) Great work life balance 401k with some company match not full match Use of PT gym on your off hours if not being used by patients

      Cons

      Pay is still low compared to national average. Health and dental insurance are not great but not the worst Company uses Raintree for charting which is not the most intuitive.
