If you don't mind working 12 hour shifts in snow, rain, 100' heat outside of whatever store you are assigned to work at that day this position may be for you. This career path is definitely one that will be what you make of it. Phoenix solutions claims that you can work your way up to the top quickly. Personnel set up booths outside these stores and represent one of the two organizations for "fundraising." I personally believe this company is somewhat deceptive to not only the people that are donating to their philanthropy, but also to their new hires. If you're looking to work at Phoenix Solutions I would be sure to ask a multitude of questions about how they take care of their new hires (pay and compensation specifically), as well as how their company differs from a sales-oriented position opposed to marketing. If you want a predictable nine to five job this is not for you.
