Meet a lot of interesting people and I get to do a lot of Creative Work. Plus I get to do what i like doing. Writing, directing, and being Creative. Sometimes its a challenge to find the right people to fit the job scope, but its the challenge i love.
Cons
When there are no contracts coming in, sometimes business is slow, i get very worried. This is my own independant company and its fairly new. A lot of competitors out there.
