The other sales agents I worked with were great people and made the environment fun

Cons

Management and leadership in general was completely absent, and erratic and unprofessional in their management style. We only saw the company president when she was angry and being negative. The place is like high school. Always drama. 'Training' was laughable. We basically were just thrown to the wolves. Then they just started laying a ton of good people off without warning when clients began to be dissatisfied. The company outsourced all our jobs overseas.

When you look at their reviews on glassdoor, notice all of the positive reviews are clustered on the same dates. That is because they are disingenuous and fraudulent. Specifically August 17, and July 8. They do not pay well, and as a result are unable to obtain and retain talent. They do not care about their employees and outsourced them to the Philippines without notice. The management does not know how to forecast appropriately in regards to data and performance, and therefore they have been unable to grow or maintain their client base. The business is run like a frat house, but college students at least have something to show for it in the end.

Seriously laid back atmosphere and no dress code.

Cons

Straight up liars. Take everything they say with a grain of salt. The higher ups are making crazy amounts of money off of their employees who they pay so little and talk to like idiots. If you truly listen, you see that they're spinning situations like politicians to make everything look good. The only thing they succeed in is marketing.
