Pay Sucks

Pros

Manager is chill, wants you to succeed, and recognizes efforts. Old supervisors were awesome (2013). Now not really sure. One of the best companies ive worked at just because its so relaxed and all my efforts and my hard work payed off. I learned a TON of new things.

Cons

I did A LOT. From support to sales to everything else in between. And the pay sucked so bad. I got promoted to be the best of the best and still got payed the same as level 1 support. Nothing but peanuts.

Pros

The direct supervisors are very intelligent, and you have multiple occasions to pick their brains, lots to learn from them.

Cons

Uncompetitive salary, you are often expected to take on additional responsibilities with no pay bump or bonus. Not enough overtime available. Company is very write-up happy. Supervisors often threaten repercussions if something is not followed up on immediately. Technicians are sometimes thrown under the bus (whether or not they were performing their job adequately) when supervisors have to take escalated support calls. It is a call center, so there are little to no vacations, and the amount of time off you can accrue is minimal.
