      Pros

      - Since i have joined here, my learning curve has grown exponentially. I am getting the opportunities that i needed. - The mobile team is just awesome. - The product has a lot of potential to be the next big thing. - Work/life balance is good. The management has a pretty flexible attitude as well.

      Cons

      - As an organisation , the company lacks in some organisational aspects and i think it is important for it to progress in those areas.

      Pros

      1. Interesting Idea 2. Excellent working culture 3. Flexible timing 4. Highly qualified colleague 5. Opportunity to learn a lot and experiment new things 6. Party+PS-3 and more games in office

      Cons

      Not much to say, since it is star-up so you have to complete your task at time which leads some time hectic but i really enjoyed my time at company.

      Best reasons i think mainly includes : -cooperative work environment -huge amount of knowledge that you can get -appraisals based on how you performed -and obviously it feels proud to work with a start up that is awarded as best 100 start ups.
