      Pros

      Great colleagues and a very bright product development team dedicated to building a great technology. Casual dress code. Benefits aren't bad.

      Cons

      I am weary about the future of this company. Too much employee turnover and restructuring allows for instability and fear for losing your job at any time. Upper level management turns a blind eye to what is actually happening in the company.
