Pros
Phorus has a cool hi-tech start-up environment (casual dress code, flexible hours, etc. ) while offering the same benefits and perks of a global organization through the parent company, DTS. The work is pretty intense, as you would expect with a technology company in a new field, but hard work is always rewarded and well compensated. Senior management team is very accessible, open for suggestions and provides excellent growth and development opportunities for all team members.
