      My Worst Professional Experience

      They recruit very good people which I am grateful to have met in the training they have offered for free and was one of my best ever! They do offer some accommodation food and the basic 700€.

      Cons

      The accommodation and food tend to be very poor and you have no control over that but the management on the destination has all the rights over them and you! You barely sign any contract and barely have any rights. It’s Romanian business and agreements taking advantage of the Spanish financial legislation. They will use you and abuse you and if you fall in sick because of the working conditions they provide they will exploit you or send you home or try to do both like they did with me. You sacrifice so much and get so little! It’s not worth it. I have sacrificed everything I had in UK for them, came back to Romania for their training and now they’ve just left me on the streets !

      First of all, thank you for your honest feedback. We try to do our best with every single part (food, accomodation, salary, commision) but we know that we can't please everyone. There are people who come our company with the expectation of taking a vacation but they have to undestand that it's a job and we strive to be as correct as possible with every aspect. We know that your performance was very good in the first month but because of bad behavior, we had to let you leave. That's why the management was very strict in your case. In other cases when everything goes well, the management is very flexible. About the Spanish financial legislation, everything was as we promised and as you talked with Stefan, the partener in the destination. We are really sorry that your expectation wasn't met and hope that you will find the perfect working place in the near future.

      Great working places, relocation, traveling.

      Cons

      Poor management, stressful working to achieve targets, huge possibility to be fired right away if not met the target, poor behavior towards employees, discrimination, sometimes threats to be fired, shoutings from the management. VERY LOW SALARY FOR 2022 NEEDS. If you're young it's good for an experience, but not for a long term job, you will get depressed. You should consider other better paid jobs if you want to live good and afford more.
