Pros
Flexibility in all aspects of your job; Ownership of responsibilities/tasks. The ability to engage with a creative and hardworking team to really make change or get things done. Friendly co-workers and frequent retreats with the entire team (sometimes international).
Cons
Recent changes in the organization (sale of the company to a new owner - no longer the founder) has caused many disruptions. Lack of leadership is apparent. Role changes occur often. Lack of hiring has forced a small team to work twice as hard on 2x as many projects.
