I think there is one talented person in this company as the bathrooms were usually cleaned well. Corporate governance is actually good - shame the fools running this site cannot understand it.
Cons
Unprofessional President is a puppet of the VP of Mfg and has back stabbed many people Highly political No strategy, no critical mass of intellect, no success for anyone No career path possibility Look at engineering development cycle time by product launch dates. Terrible! No trust in senior management by workers.

Exciting products and environment, Tucson terriffic
Cons
Roper squeezed the life out of the development cycle for years, and horribly botched acquisitions of Q Imaging and Optical Insights. Current management is trying to reinvigorate the development process, but is hampered by Roper financial requirements and backstabbing COO.
