      Salary on time, some colleagues are really helpful

      Cons

      Full politics, HRs are not professional, at one time they will tell you that you are selected and the next moment they will start ghosting without mentioning the reason for rejection. HR policy is not at all good, very less appraisal, Managers are just people who would favour sugar coated words, never ready to take advices.

      Pathetic environment too much politics

      Good for freshers who are expert in buttering

      Pathetic HR policies Incompetent Managers Politics at every level Hell working conditions for any professional Don't try to present your ideas they don't want good ideas They always try to make your life hell if you stand out They will try to bring you down from your current salary even after joining or else they will try to fire you after some time Only few people have the power to alter anything even if the so called policies are against it Nexus of Incompetent and insecure Managers leaders Some of then just treat you like a servant Some who are under the influence of power will bully you and make your life hell If you try to raise your voice against their atrocities they will not take action they will try to fire you. They don't judge you on your performance rather they will judge you on how much you praised them or did their work

      * There is scope for interesting work

      Cons

      * The HOD of my department is like a medieval slave trader. He believes in insulting people, having no knowledge whatsoever when it comes to education. He tortures people and does not allow them to take leaves even if they have more than 15 left. The only thing he is good at is playing politics. He creates conflict between people.
