Pros

- Total Ownership: You get to run your own projects and see the direct impact of your work. - Great Vibes: A super tight-knit, ambitious team without the usual corporate red tape slowing you down. - Skill Building: Great cross functional exposure that allows you to broaden your expertise beyond your core role.

Cons

- Evolving Processes: The company is scaling so quickly, many workflows are still being finalized. This offers a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys helping build structure and defining how things work.

Pros

From day one, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported. Every question I had was answered promptly and with genuine care. The onboarding experience was well-organized, giving me everything I needed to hit the ground running with confidence. It's clear this company invests in its people from the very start, and that sets a really positive tone for the entire employee experience.

Cons

It's a genuine start up. Sleeves get rolled up on day 1! Be ready to dig in (and make an impact)

Rare startup with strong culture and big upside

Pros

This is a fantastic place to work. They offer great benefits and it's all fully remote. The environment is challenging and inspiring, there's meaningful problems to solve, and everyone here genuinely enjoys working together. Things feel collaborative, supportive, and notably free of toxicity even during stressful periods (which there are admittedly a lot of). The recent company reset was a turning point and has clearly improved both focus and trajectory. On top of that, the business opportunity is strong: we already have lucrative business partnerships with major players in the space, which is practically unheard of for a startup of this size.

Cons

As a true early-stage startup, the pace can be intense. There are periods of high stress and long hours, which doesn't suit everyone. Priorities can also shift really rapidly. The company could do better at making more consistent processes to protect everyone from surprises.
