      Pros

      Limited flexibility with scheduling of working hours (shift work). In-house cafeteria. Transit accessible. Employee discount on magazines.

      Cons

      Rampant nepotism. Mandatory overtime is excessive and financial compensation for overtime is negligible. Non-existent communications between departments. No after-hours security. Inadequate (and unsafe) parking facilities.
