Pros
It`s a company where the people matter, they are not numbers as in other companies, but they really matter for management who is open-minded, flexible and human. Teams are well built together, helping each other, integrating all together the new members.
Cons
The pandemic period unfortunately had an effect on distancing people from different departments and social events will help to get close again.
