One of the challenges I faced working here was a lot of confusion when it would come to pay day sometimes they didn’t know what was going on and another thing was they brought me inside to work didn’t train me for the full week claiming it was because I would get paid less if I chose to do it in that way.Later as I worked there more they informed me that my schedule would change every Sunday and that my schedule would never be the same ever week I began to notice that only my schedule was changing so I decided to put in my 2weeks notice and when I did that I was places outside again holding a sign but the only difference was that I use to get paid 42$ a day and they changed it to 40$ a day and I use to work the sign all week if I wasn’t inside so I did begin to notice the change in even my employees around me I began to say indirect things like “if I knew I was going to get fired I would leave too.”coming into this I was very hopeful of staying a long period of time. My time at piaras pizza was short but I am happy for this experience and am also happy to say that I no longer feel like this in my current job.

Some of the staff can be a problem some verbl harrasment here and there
