      Very Boring too coercive

      Pros

      Flexibility of hours was very satisfying. Some of the manager assisted with training however this was not always the case.

      Cons

      Very rude managers , highly political environment to operate in. in addition poor decision making undertaken by several senior mangers.

      Lots of responsibility. Enjoyed working on operational improvement projects.

      Slow career progression unless you are on the commercial side of the business. Company not very involved in growing people. You have to network your way around.
