Ratheesh is a Fraud and Mental. He has not given salary to his employees.

Cons

Your time,money are waste. One day he will terminate to you.

Pros

No pros, the worst company ever

Cons

Do not join this company and do not waste your time. No Salary given for the first 2 months after third month, they cut salary if you use phone or use any social networking site. 12hrs a day work including saturday. No offer letter or Id card given for the first 6 months. if they fire you, you will not be given any salary. Probably the worst company in chennai. talk to some of the employees when they come out of the office,they will tell you how horrible it is. Remember they still have an open case against them for non payment of salary.

The above comment given by Ex Hr person. We hired him without any interview process hoping that he would work well since he came from good concern and also with experience. I wonder being a Hr he doesn't know about working hours. PickZy's working hour is from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and if they work extra hours it will be compensated on the next day. Being Hr he doesn't follow the policies of organization. He will report late to office and leave 2-3 hours early, frequent leaves,absenteeism,breaks and Permissions. Worked 6 months closed only one profile as a recruiter. We hired him mainly for recruitment. From the comment given by him itself you can predict that he spends much time in social networks in working hours.He was warned so many times. No Firm will allow their employee to spend their time useless without any productivity by paying huge some.So we were tend to fire him.

Pros

Nothing so good to be said. Just a one man show. Very easy to join this company. Very tough relieving. I worked there only for 3 months. The good reviews above would have been given by there own people or by himself.

Cons

The worst experience I had in my life. They will find ways not give you full salary. At times hold the salary without prior notice. You can anticipate anything worse if you work there. There is no transparency. What ever things they tell before joining will be totally different. Decisions are taken by the MD himself. They lie to the customer and employees to. They do not follow any regulations. I had adequate experience and able to scrape through a good job the next week itself, when they withhold my salary. But what would the freshers and people with commitments do. Your life will be screwed up. I strongly recommend not to spoil your career.

The comment titled "Worst Company ever" also given by previous Hr named Mr.A**n. He is trying to write many fake reviews in order to quench his anger. The comment he stated in the current post is vise-versa "Its very tough to enter into PickZy and easy to move out ,especially to the employees who is inefficient and incapable of doing their assigned work. We didn't hire him by conducting interviews Since he was a colleague of our MD in his previous company, we had a hope that he will perform well.This is the very big blunder mistake the management done hiring wrong person for a very high salary. Frequent leaves, using social networking sites in office to spend his time, coming late to office and leaving early.The company especially hired him for recruitment, being a senior Hr, not even single closure he has done for 6 months. After noticing all these unprofessional and unethical activities, the management has no choice sacked him from PickZy on disciplinary ground. We also predicted that Yume would have relieved him without retaining after noticing above said irresponsible behavior of him. Advice to the former employee: Being honor only your conscience know that the above said are true or not.Don't waste your time by posting fake reviews.PickZy is growing every year and we are going to expand our organization also shortly. Rectify all your mistakes and lead a perfect life in your current organization. All the best on behalf of PickZy. Thanks, The PickZy team.
