Pros
Lots of expertise in many different areas and locations, working and collaborating with high profile teams for lucrative design work. Really great place to work to learn a lot about a variety of design processes/components.
Cons
Limited range of project types, little to no diversity in leadership, very narrow (if any) growth opportunities. Little to no flexibility for remote work (depending on project team). Very low pay relative to cost of living for younger staff. Demanding, long hours with no paid overtime or comp time, miniscule bonus (if received at all).
