Pros

Very employee-friendly place. Large number of employees that have been here for over 10/15 years. Actually feel management cares about us and appreciates our contributions. Managers are working right alongside the rest of us and most management is very approachable. The company seems to be well run overall and is quite generous at the end of the year with bonuses.

Cons

Lots of deadlines which make for occasional hectic weeks but that is expected in any engineering firm.

Pros

The firms has some interesting projects

Cons

Overall its a good ol' boys club. The office culture feels flat and transactional. Day to day, there’s little sense of community, few engagement touchpoints, and not much energy around big ideas. Leadership appears homogenous in background and perspective, and that lack of diversity shows up in the work: the marketing feels dated, safe, and out of step with where the industry is headed. If the firm wants to compete for talent and clients, it needs fresh voices at the table and a clearer cultural heartbeat. Practical moves: diversify the leadership bench and pipeline, bring in outside creative partners to refresh the brand, empower employee-led culture groups with real budgets, and set a modern content/event strategy that actually sparks conversation. There’s real potential here, but it’s time to add perspective, personality, and momentum.
