Relaxed office environment, most people are very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help Interesting approach to IT and transformation.

Cons

I had a terrible, aggressive and completely incompetent manager for the first 6 months. By the time she was removed my external job search had been successful. Budget justifications are understandably tough
