Workload maximum, usa culture vs europe culture, management used old Wayne of leasing, hr only makes sure to get 220ke per year salaries, share packages are very low maximun 100 share per year. No possibilities to get higher grades which meaning higher salary and more share. One league running the company, and dealing all things. Avoid this company!!!!!
Where do I start... Must be at the office five days a week. People are being monitored, but the management doesn't share anything. Huge workload, no empathy or work-life balance. People are leaving and no new people are hired. High hierarchy. Your skills and expertise is nothing if your boss wants to boss. No promotions or salary increases, but more and more responsibilities. Everything must be learned by yourself. Networking and self development is not supported. Huge silos. No communication. Everything is done in excel. The office, culture and management style is like traveling back in time to the early nineties.
