      Flexible and interesting opportunities if you’re entrepreneurial and can pivot quickly

      Cons

      Like lots of companies, there’s definitely an “in” crowd and it’s hard to have influence if you’re not part of it

      Pros

      The great customer base, and earlier efforts of marketing and pr teams now gone.

      Cons

      Lack of vision, constant firing of team members or you're left to watch as they get pulled without choice to another project, inability to actually talk through potential solutions, c-suite and director level almost combative if you share feedback or want to suggest improvements, almost like they more encourage complacency... weirdest environment I've worked in. How do they expect progress and growth without proper investment? Also, a large lack of diversity both ethnically and religiously.
