Pros

Free popcorn, free movies, lots of downtime, work is so easy anyone with three functioning brain cells could do it

Cons

Management will cut you 2 hours into your shift if the place isn't busy enough, so you spend more in gas getting there then you make. No organization. Call-ins at the last minute expecting you to drop everything and be there. Catty and rude managers. Owner is an uber-christian who shoves it down your throat.

Some really cool people working on the lower levels Lots of downtime, if you're into that Free movies Free popcorn Decent starting rate

Cons

Pay never changes No opportunities for advancement Management thinks they walk on water and does nothing to help, even during rushes Slows can be really boring Closing means being stuck at work until 2:30AM Management pretends to have an "open door," but will never do anything about the requests you or customers put in
