* Incredibly smart people who are super friendly and respectful * Great office environment * CTO has great vision and inspires * Unique depth of their product compared to competitors * Key clients seem to love the product * Interesting clever product that sets itself apart from many other start up products such as fintech in the utility in brings to average consumers and how it works behind the hood * They seem super flexible for new parents
Cons
* The depth of their product is probably not easy to convey in sales pitches to C-level folks if they aren't familiar with econometrics and machine learning * Start up environment isn't for everybody
