      I had been an independent contractor with Pie Pay. Pie Pay has breached our contract that clearly states they are required to pay out residual commissions for the duration of the merchant contracts. Pie Pay has clearly breached our contract and have been uncommunicative as they refuse to respond to multiple email requests. Additionally, Pie Pay does not have the best interest of merchants at heart. I have seen it time and time again where they don't clearly communicate all fees to merchants. I strongly suggest all merchants and anyone considering working for this company keep their distance. Craig, Hunter, Carson, and Briton are all conmen who couldn't care less about anybody but themselves. They will lie, cheat, and steal to get what they want.

      Thank you for your review! We want to clarify how our contracts and payouts work to ensure everything is transparent and properly understood. Our agreements include specific conditions that must be met in order for commissions and related payouts to be issued. These stipulations are in place to protect both the company and our partners. Please note that certain actions—such as tortious interference, contacting accounts outside the scope of the agreement, or otherwise violating contractual terms—may result in termination of the contract. In those situations, payouts may be adjusted or forfeited in accordance with the terms of the agreement. We truly value our professional relationships and aim to handle every situation with fairness and respect.
