Pros

Pietown has a number of legacy shows they can count on at any given time to help make their bottom line, though they are dwindling due to them being on cruise control

Cons

1) The team lacks creative vision, with a majority of their shows simply being spinoffs in the same market. 2) The production company has kept all departments segmented since COVID and as a result there is 0% comraderie between teams and it shows in the lack of creativity output on the series. 3) The company has no empathy or leadership from its principles, they only communicate with their employees through their showrunners.
