Pros
There is a general good atmosphere among staffs, and many employees become close friends. The job is not necessarily difficult if you are willing to keep busy. Opportunities to move up in management if you show company loyalty and good work ethic. Company is very good at providing hours to attending/returning college students and and provide additional hours at other locations if needed.
Cons
Long shifts and always on your feet. Shifts sometimes understaffed because of poor planning and call outs. Most employees get minimum, but tips are good depending on the location.
