      - decent salary from the jump - good schooling and preparation for the job - decent opportunities to climb the ranks

      Cons

      - no permanent employment contract the first 1-2 years - Some Supervisors can be annoying and irritating

      Great pay and understanding schedule!

      The pay for the type of job was great and I learned how to communicate better with others on a hands-on work.

      Cons

      The job is of course cleaning, therefore I am going to see some quite disgusting sights at a gym.
