Technically advanced products and systems provide great learning opportunities and exposure to hi-tech.

Cons

German expats get the best opportunities served to them with much better benefits such as six weeks or more vacation, paid airline tickets twice a year (even for their pets), company car, housing. Local talent does not get the same benefits nor opportunities to grow.
