Founding team members have a strong vision, with an end goal of a fully integrated LNG company in an underdeveloped market.
Cons
-The company is riddled with crippling debt. Bills are not being paid. -Lackluster safety culture. -Many promised benefits/perks have fallen through. -The whole company structure is fundamentally flawed. Upper management is gambling on their dream project at the stake of their employees. Working for Pieridae is like watching a car crash in slow motion.
